It would be pretty surprising if anybody says he/she is doing hard work but fruitless.You know if you wanna hang off the ripen fruit from tree you either need to shake the tree or climb on or you throw some stones.The problem seems to be quite easy and doutful but if someone ask for the answer what would you say?
I am telling you this intresting story merely to assure you that tree of the story is analogous to business. Yes,business has same technical properties what the tree posses.Business is also very familiar task but the way you run the activities is only variable altering its ease.
As an entrepreneur you are responsible for varieties of duty to be fullfilled.There is not enough time with you to do all things in a day of your checklist.You have a good thing to say about working harder but also even better thing to call you are smart.

1.Make your vision Clear Crystal
If you don’t have a crystal clear vision of the company, you are trying to create, you can’t certainly create it.
Figure out exactly what kind of company you are trying to build. For example, in two years how many customers will you have? How many employees? What will be your revenues?
2.Think Short Term Goal
Most successful entrepreneur and business owner set their short goal.Actually they find what to achieve within this week or month or sometime whole year.They council their employee too about their goal or target and make them hot and active to get the mission.
3.Satisfy Your Costumer
The most important parameter in business is costumer and you should flow relentlessly on their needs.If you neglect their demands and ideas u will be like a forest without wild animals.You will slowly lose your costumers.
4.Never Give Up
Life of entrepreneur isn't so easy as normal people used to think.He should accomplish his work every day and have no any excuse from this. Sometime He may have downs and may lose some valuable costumers.
Build up tolerance to downs, stay with patience and make u out of vague about your goal. Cherish every opportunities and continue your business.
